چکیده
İnternetin ve sosyal ağların hayatımıza girmesiyle birlikte cinsel suçların şiddetin ortaya çıkış biçimleri değişmiştir. Özellikle görüntülerin rıza dışı alınması yayımlanmasıyla gündeme gelen intikam pornosu, çocuk pornografisi, çocukların istismarı şantaj şeklindeki suçlar, internet ortamında sıklıkla işlenmeye başlanmıştır. 
 Çalışmada, öncelikle internetin işlenmesindeki rolü incelenecek daha sonra elde edilen içerikli ifşa edilmesi (pornografi/intikam pornosu), pornografisi müstehcenlik suçlarının ağlarda işlenmesiyle ilgili bilgi verilecektir. Ayrıca rızaya dayalı olarak alınan dokunulmazlığa karşı suçlar içerisinde değerlendirilip değerlendirilemeyeceği de tartışılacaktır.
